  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Return/exchange requests made after 5 days

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Mention your order number and attach clear pictures of the item(s)

  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our address

  • Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed within 2–4 working days

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds are issued via original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected
